No, we haven’t dropped off the face of the Earth, we just have been hanging out in Ohio for the last 11 days. What have we been up to you ask? Well, catching up with many of my friends and ‘family’ from my Rotary exchange student days and enjoying the lead up to Christmas. Check out our photos …
Hi all,
I’m a bit lazy at the moment because I haven’t written for awhile and I am slow on loading photos. Be patient! Very soon I will add more photos on Christmas Day and keep you updated on all the wonderful friends we have been seeing and things we have been doing in exciting Ohio!

With so many options for accommodation in the Keys, I chose this location due to its proximity to Key West and also Everglades National Park. At...
Hi all. The countdown to our return to Oz has begun. Yesterday marked 5 weeks until we touchdown on Australian soil again and we will have clocked up 342 days of travel. Wow. Hard to believe that we are getting so close to the end of our massive journey. We are all feeling ready to come home and see what Australian life has to offer us again but still have the wonders...
I have always wanted to go all the way to Key West in Florida; the southernmost part of the USA. From where we are staying in Tavernier near Key Largo, it is a 2 hour drive to Key West; we thought we’d drive to Key West and back in one day and do it as a day trip. This worked out perfectly and we really enjoyed the time we were there. I must admit I was a little bummed...
